Good point!
We can pass a law that mandates the execution must be performed within 7 days of sentencing.

This is very true but that does not mean we should not seek the death penalty for animals like this. What we should do is give the legal system a clock cleaning and make it a justice system once again.

Since everyone is talking about Texas justice did anyone see the 60 minutes segment on the reversals going on in Dallas? They have went back and released after being wrongfully convicted by the last DA?

Don't get wrong here, I am all in favor of punishing the guilty to the max that the law allows.
