jezz... I get why they have these laws. to stop people from illegaling selling dogs or from mistrating them by having too many in too small of a space. but this is riduiculous.
its not as if he has 10 dogs in a 2 bed room apartment here.

Dogs can be a nuisance and can be dangerous.

They really don't know you like some of us do. "I was born that way..." H.S., you're still a strange child and a mealy mouthed back biter.

The only reason this is a problem is because someone reported it because of a problem. Most of the time peope can have that amount of pets and nobody say's anthing. But if there is a problem or someone that hate dogs reported it.

Show the parent be allowed to have a wavier for this maybe. But who knows.

I don't think military members are above the law. I, personally, don't have much love for dogs. But, if they mean that much to him, why not spend the money and put them in a real kennel?

probably didn't have the money. I bet the kid lived in some trailer out in the sticks where nobody cared. But in town dogs are disturbing.

Military members are certainly NOT above the law.
However, when someone goes off to fight for this nation, risking life and limb, then there should be certain considerations.
What have our servicemen and women had so far?
Difficulty getting Disabled Veteran benefits.
Walter Reed Hospital.
Disabled Vets being recalled.
Tour after tour, even after being promised no more.
No help finding jobs after service.
No help with housing after service.
The list is long and quite frustrating.
