I would support a one-question test to determine who votes and here's the question:

"Would you support your nation in a war against enemies whose goal is the destruction of your nation?"

Those who answer "yes" will be allowed to vote. Those who answer "no" or who try to argue with the premise of the question will be forcibly escorted out of the polling place and their name will be placed on a list so they'll NEVER be allowed to have any say in our government EVER AGAIN.
