AKA I dont agree with the judge so its wrong. I think if I ever go to court Ill jsut claim the judge ruled against mecause hes an activist. Yeah...Like smoking cigerretes wasnt my fault..Ill sue. Thats the ticket.

The Supreme Court justice are pointed through politics. They should not be credible no matter what based soley on that.

Everyone was wondering what the court would rule, how it would change law, but you know that Roberts told Baker to take the case, that it would be heard, and they would win. That is creepy. Souter nearly resigned, Kennedy went into a damn near depression afterwards. O'conner never even spoke of it after that.
