There is a need in any society for prisons, but, we have overdone it, and the sad thing is, most anyone with a brain knows it. I hear both sides, i have seen both sides, worked on both sides, and lived to tell the tale. We are headed for a country of little or no rights, we are almost there. Lock up the humans that are out of control, dont use the prisons to instill fear and break the spirit of humans. Sad Sad situation. By the way, the CDC officers are afraid, the cops are afraid, the peo[ple are afraid, dam mess. And just plain wrong how people are treated .

The only pot heads in prison are those growing, transporting, or selling very large quantities of the substance, and few, if any of those limit their dealings to pot. Most of those in jail, or prison, for drug related offenses are for sale and distribution, not use.
