Arrow US Army Contractor short changing me

I was working in the Mideast. Upon returning my US Army Contracting company is refusing to make good with a stock option cash out. It's only around $10,000 but enough to where I am going to take legal action. My brother works on Capital Hill but I haven't approached him yet, I want to try this on my own.

Does anyone know how I can get info on filing a grievance against a US Army Contractor?

It doesn't sound like it's an Army issue at all.
It sounds like a state regulation problem, EOQ, BBB, SEC, depend on what type of a company it is.

It's a military contractor out of Alabama. The finance VP defender their position so finally I wrote the CEO and have not heard back as of yet........The problem is that my last working day was on the end of contract and the day to become vested with their stock option plan was 4 days later. I don't feel that they made that clear, and when I asked for eoc dates they only gave me the US Army eoc date. Baffles me how you can work 2 one year contracts and work 4 days less then 2 full years.

I still have not heard from the CEO, so I will call him tomorrow. If I get no results I will start writing the military people in charge of overseaing the contracts. Maybe they know of some sort of a greivance process.
