There is a food drive in OKC to send food stuffs to the needy in these disasters. regardless of political creed communities do come together when necessary.

I agree Rob, OK knows first hand what it's like to have other communities help them, in return, they help others. I think communities or people for that matter, who've never needed help, don't help.

I can think of very few communities that have never needed help but then again unless I can't fix the problem myself, that is when I ask for help.

They haven't even got the fire under control or recovered the last victim, but these cash-cow lawyers are already looking for their 50% share of the lawsuit money.

SICK.

I can understand suing when needed, but can't lawyers have the decency for families to bury their dead and recover FIRST??!!

Should be required that these vultures not be able to solicit in the media, on the phone or in the mail these victims. They need to heal first.
Attorneys make me sick, they have contributed greatly along with lobbiests to the very problems this country faces today. I alone had to take two Attorneys to the Kansas State Board for ethics violation, breach of contract. I was in a head on collision (not at fault) My domestic attorney came to my home solicitated my business right after I got out of the hospital. Then went on a Sabatacal!

As far as Obama or Clinton, I wouldn't vote for neither. same for McCain. There just the same ole hads, switching seats, paid by the same traitors. I'll write in Ron Paul.

1. President Bush
2. The Republican party
3. Public education
4. Lawyers

WHY CAN'T ANYONE TAKE RESPONSIBLITY FOR THEMSELVES ANYMORE???

Because, OB, that is no longer the American way. That would mean turning off the daytime soaps, getting a job, and supporting their family. It would literally make liberalism obsolete, and take away the current Democratic power base.

It was your statement, Mr. Ameika!

Surely you didn't want to be "misunderestimated"?
