seriously whats wrong with u? Your last post was about chaos and children and now you go to meth and tire slashing, your a trip no doubt. First off friendly neighbors don't do shit like that and if he breaks in while I'm home he will get a bullet in the head for his efforts, as far as slashing my tires I'm sure he has got a car, how else would he get to the meth dealer's house. All is fair in love and war and that sounds like war.

First, those friendly neighbors didn't set boundaries or rules for their children. The kids keep pushing the limits with authority, finally feel numb, and then turn to meth. Then that friendly neighbors breaks into your house for a fix.
