The whole problem with this argument is that child abuse is not agaisnt federal law, it is a local one. What the ATF did was wrong the Local Sheriff could have arrested Koresh simply and quietly when Koresh would go out to eat or shop locally.
The ATF wanted to make a statement and they got a fire fight they didn't think they would get. They got beat at there own game. So the whole thing then got out of hand.

Wait a minute, George.....the FIRST person MURDERED at Waco was a teenager...shot in the back by your friendly ATF.
If you hear someone climbing up on your roof and trying to get in a window,,,you would be the FIRST to say you have a right to defend yourself.

By the way aren't freedom of religion and the right to bear arms guarenteed in the Bill of Rights ?
Since all of the members that were tried after the massacre were found NOT GUILTY, why aren't you OUTRAGED that no one from the gov't was charged with mass murder?

This is also consistent with the REFUSAL of the federal gov't (how dey do dat?) to allow the state of Idaho to put Ron Hirochi (not sure of spelling) on trial for the MURDER of Vicky Weaver. This was a gov't employee (Hirochi) that blew her head off while holding her infant. I am confident there is a 'special, place in HELL for him and ALL who condone such gov't actions.

Murdering Sniper...Lon Tomohisa Horiuchi (born June 9, 1954) is a U.S. FBI sniper who became notable after he was charged with manslaughter following the shootings during the Ruby Ridge standoff. The charge was dismissed and Horiuchi was later deployed during the Waco Siege.

Initial statements by his nestmate (a fellow sniper in the same house across from the compound) indicated shots fired from their post. Since he and Horiuchi were the only two at that post at that time , it would seem to imply Horiuchi had indeed fired on Davidians. The gov't denies any sniper fire , as does Horiuchi. The fed that made the statement , later claimed he must have been mistaken.

Hmmm.

Hey, weren't the few pitiful survivors of the Waco clusterfuck put on trial by the federales and acquitted by a jury of their Texas neighbors?

& subsequently 'ol Judge Head Up His Ass set aside the verdict & found them guilty as charged.......seems THAT is where this discussion should be headed

Koresh murdered his followers and Weaver caused the death of his wife and Son.

The moral of the story ?
Answer the warrent and go to court, and when you declare war on ZOG, dont whine when ZOG puts a cap in your ass.

It was proven that Weaver was nothing more than a survivalist...chosing to live out his and his families lives in modest seclusion...he did violate ATF firearms laws...but that was the extent of the charges!

The simple fact is, they told the childfucking motherfucking Jesus Freaks to give up, but the psychotics thought Jesus was going to save them or something.

Now, rational people would have given up and got it sorted out in court.

Here is some news - if you kill Federal Agents, you will die.

But fucking Jesus Freaks think God is going to come down and save they brainless asses or make them martyrs.

Well I guess their dead asses are martyrs to a few here at AWE,

Personally, I'm glad the Jesus Freaks fried and would encourage all you other Freaks to follow in their footsteps and fight the Feds.
