I was sad to see NYOB start this thread all over again , when it had been SO thouroughly hashed out before. The only thing a fresh thread did was give these morons a new opportunity to repeat their wrongheadedness.

And so my rant began;
You idiots repeating the "mistakes were made" shit need to shut your cake-holes. Same goes for "resisting a legal search warrant" , "he was a child molester" , "they started the fire themselves" , "they had illegal weapons" , or "Rebublicans would have loved to get the goods on Clinton/Reno". It's all a load of shit , and your brains are the dump.
It amazes me how so much of what you imbeciles repeat here mirrors the crap spoon-fed to America at the time of the siege (Same goes for RR). On the rare occasions in this argument where you have cited information to support your media/government induced reality , it is in the form of biased (those with something to gain or lose) statements , or pseudo-journalism which is just a thinly veiled white-wash. The EVIDENCE and EXPERT citings by the "conspiracy theorists" (as you would label them), is far more credible , and CONVINCING (to an open mind) , than anything you have spouted.
The feds attempted to draft Randy Weaver into their service through blackmail/extortion/entrapment. When he refused , they went after him. He paid for that refusal with the life of his son and wife (as well as family dog), and with the gunshot wounds suffered by him and family friend Kevin Harris. During the run of the siege , the Weavers were subjected to repeated psy/op torture by the government forces.
Lon Horiuchi shot and killed Vicki Weaver at RR while she stood in the doorway with her baby in her arms-Accidentally. This is someone who could put a group inside a quarter sized space from 1/4 mile. Lon Horiuchi (after a sympathic/corrupt 9th court released him) went to Waco to kill some more religious nuts-and he likely did-as evidence and first-hand statements from a fellow fed demonstrated.
Leading up to the Waco siege , there was a TREMENDOUS amount of intel gathered by the government about what was going on inside Mt.Carmel. NOW PAY ATTENTION DIPSHITS- They had an "inside man" in the group. That's right idiots , an Agent Provocateur feeding them first hand accounts , recordings , floorplans , names , schedules, EVERYTHING.
The trumped-up basis of the warrant was a claim of illegal firearms (not child-molesting , which the feds have absolutely NO jurisdiction over). The charge itself is ridiculous , as SEVERAL people within the compound had PROPER LICENSING by the ATF to posses / sell the type of weapons they were supposedly in violation with. To jump ahead to another one of the FALSE claims , NO ILLEGAL WEAPONS WERE EVER FOUND.
Koresh was aware of the ongoing investigation and interest by the ATF, and had offered to let them come and investigate - THEY DECLINED - and continued with their cloak and dagger game. When they decided to obtain the warrant and serve it , they knew they could take Koresh on one of his regular visits into town - THE LOCAL SHERRIF BACKED THIS UP. But the ATF wanted a big show , SO THEY CONTACTED THE MEDIA and informed them of the blockbuster about to happen. They also enlisted the aid (and equipment) of the military (arguably in violation of the Posse Comitatas act), and brought in lods of ATF agents , to serve a relatively average warrant.
Koresh was hit during the initial volly of gunfire when HE WENT TO OPEN THE DOOR as the ATF rolled up in the equivalent of troop transports , and began firing. That door went missing during the subsequent investigation - it is believed because it would have shown the entry holes created by the inititial ATF assault.
The ATF knew full well the mindset and beliefs of the people inside Mt. Carmel. They knew that their assault would be interpreted as fulfillment of the predictions/teachings of Koresh. By the same token , the Davidians knew that the ATF was coming ahead of time , and when they saw them approach in all their battle gear , they knew (based on everything up to that point) that the forces of evil had come for them.
During the resulting siege , the gov't forces used repeated psy/ops torture methods to push the Davidians into an unstable mental state.After the final assault started the feds launched MASSIVE amounts of CS grenades into the complex. CS is PROHIBITED from use in war , but it is o.k. to use on your own citizens. The quantities used by the feds -in a closed environment - would have been deadly - and it would have been an EXCRUTIATING death. The thick covering of dust that would have resulted would have been extremely flammable. The feds claimed that they never used incindiary grenades during the assault , but recovered grenades from the wreckage proved otherwise.
The FBI , ATF , Clinton , Reno , Clark , Democrats and Republicans , are ALL guilty of this mass murder either directly or complicitly. The media is guilty of negligence for putting up gov't propaganda as fact , and you are guilty by association for repeating the lies.
