Oddly J04, if her parents had said no, she probably would have thought they were trying to ruin her life. Kids just have no clue why we do what we do???

But, how could he just toss her body?

As a parent, I can't imagine my child dying that way or my child killing someone that way.

I make no excuses for the scum nor do I know any logic for his actions & can't even wrap my head around something like that happening to anyone I care for.

I thought I heard earlier today that a judge was going to allow the tapes as evidence...possibly giving the prosecution another chance to nail his tail to the wall....

Very true statement. Unfortunately, many parents are willing to take risks to keep their brats happy and be their "friend" instead of their parents (which isn't always a popular thing to be as we know).
