Living in Calif. I hear the race card played, on a daily basis. Especially when it's about crime. "They" claim that Mexicans and Blacks are disproportionately jailed, or sentenced to death.

From where I stand, and observations over the past 50 years, Blacks and Mexicans are the ones committing most of the crimes, and against their own people, at that. There is nothing disproportionate about it, stop blaming skin color, it's about personal integrity. Either you have it or you don't. Most criminals don't.

Hi Realist, my response was my predicting what will happen in that case independent of my stance on the death penalty. Incidentally, I am against capital punishment, but understand yours and others view on the subject. And I understand that I'm in the minority.
