UN Bans Death Penalty

Look the UN can't do anything but I for one would be glad for them to move to Moscow or even Madrid. Anywhere but in this country.

Escuse me but the issue I have with this is not the death penalty per se. I am conflicted as to should it be eliminated or stepped up. My reason for the post in the first place has not been addressed and that it came from the United Nations. What right does the UN have in interferring with the internal affairs of any nation, good or bad except as how those affairs directly affect other nations? Furthermore, the UN is doing little to stop genocide but is worried about how we treat our criminals. This to me is supreme hypocrisy.

I say we go along with the UN on this with one stipulation that we are allowed to immidiately send all of our criminals on death row and any in the future to these countries that voted against the death penalty. Oh and that country foots the bill for transport and man power to do so. hmmmmmmmm see how they like that. If not tell them to kiss our ass weather we do or do not stay with the death penalty is the buisness of the USA and not them, so tell them to go fuck there corrupt asses.

They cant do anything. Ameiccan complaints abotu UN inaction are hsyterical. UN inaction is typical americas fault they dont allow nor assist in any action. Whats really annoying is the whineing about it. Dont complain anymore. Just demad your leasership withdrawls from the UN carther. Who cares what happens to it after that. Who cares if you think Americna pays for it all wich it doesnt. Whatever. Just GET OUT OF THE UN

No I think it is transparent, and looks like there way of trying to demonise us more and or creep in little by little on our sovreignty eventualy making the UN in charge. Scuttlebutt has been around for years they are trying to make the UN the ruling power of the world and who is to totaly dismiss it these days with the push toward a one world economy and currency, open borders etc. etc.. 20 years ago we would have not believed that what is happening today in this country could come about yet it has and it is only getting worse every year coming ever closer so who knows.

Not all but we fund a big ass part of it and it would be in our best interest to pull out and tell them to leave. It is a waste of money and time

Problem is how can you say for sure who murdered who.

if we did it the way you say, you'd have those same gangs killing people they don't like and then framing other people they don't like for the crime.

Well why don't they put cameras in all the jails and prisons not to hard to do that. And hey they would serve a greater purpose than the money they spend to put the damn things on the street. hmmmmmmmmm
