-I do agree some laws are ridiculous and its way to hard to judge something like 'excessive force'. when someone is trying to hurt you or someone else, lines that seperate nessacary from excessive are far from your mind.

and FACT the numbers of infects nation wide is rising in females, because they think they are safe.
and FACT since youth no longer see it as a death sentence they are being careless and getting infected more
and FACT since people forget that tattoo places can be a breeding ground for the disease they have no qualms using ink someone else used and going to places that are cheap instead of the expensive ones that are highly inspected
and FACT people also get careless about modifying their bodies at home with used needles.
and FACT any thing beside masturbation can expose you to STDS. being straight doesn't make you safe.
