Does Ariz. really have a monsoon season?

Spitty...we just moved from the coast of GA, just up/down from Jacksonville,FL. We had tropical storms/hurricane winds...yada yada yada. So, we move to AZ in June '06, after a horrific 2003-2005 hurricane season and were told about "MONSOON SEASON"...dude, it's truly sad, doesn't even come close to a tropical storm. It doesn't rain much in AZ, so why they call it a "Monsoon" is beyond me.

Hey I do not want to risk all the women on this forum pissed at me because this is more about Jimmy. So here is my take on the beach bitches. Sam chose the thoughtful one looking out at the horizen and she is ready to go explore. That sounds like it describes her. Lady chose the laid back dog. Easy going and positive that sounds like her. Karen chose the big bold dog drinking a cocktail. That sounds outspoken like her.Now let me add this. There is a little minature weiner dog in the background not seen in the photo.
