I have family members that have the yellow ribbon around the old oak tree and those tacky yellow car decals. They haven't a clue.

In the real world, people have to make a fair bit of money just to buy a home.

Here in Davis, Ca. one needs a fair bit more.

It's all relative of course, but you can't live in Davis on 50K per year.
