Well my first wife died in 82 after we had been married for 10 years. My ex wife and I were married for almost 20 years and I was single for 5 years. I met a wonderful Georgia peach a couple of years ago and we married Oct of last year. She was the best decision I have ever made.

Rob, I was married on October 10. What is your anniversary date?

Actually, I have been married twice. Once for 17 years and once for 19 years and counting. For my first marriage it was like the words of that famous song "I got married in a fever, hotter than a pepper sprout. I've been going to Jackson ever since the fire went out" (1) I never should have married my first wife and (2) we should have ended it in the first year. We had 17 years of very unhappy times. I met my second wife when I moved out of my house and rented an apartment, she was the rental agent and it was lust at first sight!! I wish I had met her in 1969 rather than 1986, she has been my soul mate and my rock. We were married a year after meeting and I have not regretted a single moment of it.

October 22, 2002…the most wonderful day of my life….. She looked so radiant…I mean there was the odor of liquor, radiating from her milk white skin.
She was something to behold…Long scraggily hair, bloodshot eyes….and the sock on her tongue, well it must have been, I could hardly understand a word she said.
But when the Judge finally said, “…Mrs. Graybeard, your drug test came back positive, Divorce Granted!”…Well… it was the happiest day of my life.
Man…I love October…m m m
