Is it not clear by now that the Middle East section of this forum has been shut down and prevents any dialogue because of spam being issued by "Canuck"?

I can understand not censoring someone's opinion, but when it clearly is not an opinion but a mass mailing to try shut down dialogue will you people do anything?

This is not an issue of censoring opinions. Its an issue of someone using deliberate mass mail viruses to jam the forum and prevent open and free speech.

Personally I could care less but its causing many to move on and a lot of what could otherwise be interesting debates prevented.

There's a reason why 8 people dominate this forum-its easy to bombard it with spam and mass mailings.

Tell me do you even think the people behind "Canuck" even read what they send out? The articles are not even original and get recycled.

Fuck you. Fuck Jews. There now I feel at home and part of the rules.

I agree with you- hadn't thought much about it. But Canuck does rhyme with schmuck......... I hadn't expected a massive jolt of anti-semitism....

I also very much respect the policy of not stopping anything. Maybe its the price for true freedom of speech and its up to us to self-censor, period.

I also concede something else. When you don't limit spam, after awhile people just ignore it so there is no need to censor it, the spam sender gets very few responses. I just hope it doesn't scare away people who do want to debate is all.

What I found hilarious is Canuck responded with your posts make sense to me. Made my day.

The word is spelled censor. as for the word supoosed, it has the word poo in it so coming from you that of course makes perfect sense. The topic I raised was not as to content, but volume of posts.
