You can define your actions anyway you want in order to justify your actions, but the moral justification for taking the life of another living organism, puts you in a position with no more moral authority than anyone else, to tell them how to act.

Your moral authority only comes from the right not to have your individual rights (life) violated by others.

Legally versus lawfully, are as different as is, true versus false. Unless you can prove you are god, having the right to tell others how to act, you are nothing more than criminally insane.

Since abortion is a legal issue, legality is the only rational mode of argument.

Tell me, if you were in a court of law on trial for your life, would you allow your legal council to stand by idly while the prosecution set about entering philosophical musings into evidence against you or would you demand that since it was your life at stake, the prosection must prove his case against you on the basis of the facts and if he had no facts with which to convict you, then he had no case?

What is lawful, is based on reality objectively established. What is legal, is based on someone's subjective opinion that is only the color of law. Anyone can make a law to make slavery legal, but in reality, it will never be lawful.

The difference between legal and lawful, is lawful is based in reality governed by the laws of Nature, where as, what is legal, is governed by the criminally insane that want to play god.

Do you have any idea what criminally insane means? You toss the phrase out a lot but thus far, you have yet to use it in a proper context. Perhaps a legal dicitonary could help you. A course in logic might not hurt either.

If I say, that is a beautiful niger (black) car, am I praising all black (niger) cars?

The straw man is your collectivist mentality, that any label of distinction is referring to an entire class of objects. What is really dehumanizing to you, is the idea that black is synonymous with being ugly or of low human value. Human value will never change, no matter what label of distinction one wants to a fix to its value.
