I said I was pro-choice in the post previous to the one your probably responding to. Please read what I said before you go on ranting and raving about my post.
I said "I'm not pro-abortion" to describe that I do personally support them. I know "pro-abortion" is not the proper term, but I was using it to explain my stance.

I find it horrifying that even after hundreds of years fighting for equality, we live in a democracy that doesn't give women the right to control their own body. Abortion is a loss-loss situation (dead fetus or deadbeat parents) but legal abortion at least allows us to live up to all of our talk about freedom and equality.

It depends on what you feel about the issue. Do you believe that an unborn baby has a right to life? What if a pregnant mother is killed, why does the law charge the killer with double murder?

You can go either with this. which is why I believe it is best to not give this kind of legislative power to Congress but to State Governments, cause the opinions on this vary from region to region. It makes more sense to delegate this to the States instead of giving the Federal Government more power over our daily lives.
