How she walked to the hospital after giving birth with the baby still attached amazes me. She is thoughtful, didn't want to wake the neighbors. Anyway, I hope only the best for you and hopefully the publicity will help with medical bills, formula, diapers, clothes, ect.

I think you are bieng a little hard on the teenage girls who suffer from mental problems when these things happen and aren't mentally healthy enough to be responcible for all their actions.

but this hopefully will be a nice story. too bad the mom wasn't more open and approachable with her pregnant daughter in the first place.

Society is to blame for these girls with "responsibility probems".

An in an indirect way, you as well wolf. Those who argue for abortion are offering an "out" if you will for those who were dumb enough to get out there and have a kid.

I myself was one of those people "dumb enough" to get a girl pregnant. I suppose I'm lucky I only ended up with one, statistics would show me with about 12 by now, lol. I have taken full responsibility for the care of my son, even though I'm not with the girl any more. I see no reason why these people do not accept reality, and take responsibility for their actions. If you are going to fuck, then you should be ready to have a child.

In all honesty, I wasn't ready, but I sure as hell got ready when I found out.

All teenage pregnant girls aren't mentally ill.
If our girls' get pregnant, we'll handle the situation, and help her raise the baby and finish school/college.

sex is about much more than procreation

and part of being responcible is using birth control and making the best choices when you get into a tight situation.
if aboriton if your best option, having one is the responcible thing to do.

"prom mom" blocked out her pregnancy, barly gained any weight, had light periods for her whole pregnancy, and was "out of it" during and after labor.
her brain and her body teamed up with her fears about being pregnancy in high school and mad eit possible for her to block it out. she needs some mental help, asap

no they aren't but some are. and too often we forget that.

I think teens shouldn't get pregnant, but if they do they should have options. abortion, adoption, and parenthood. thank god we can't kick them out of school anymore, but some places still put them in bad places outside regular school. I know of a place in IL where half of the school is pregnant girls and the other half is males who were kicked out of school with behavior issues (they have barbwire fences and armed guards for the boys)
and state don't allow the girls to have maternity leave. this is very unhealthy. even healthy pregnancies/labors do a lot of damge that needs healing.

we can't have it both ways- teens either learn to prevent pregnancy or abort when they get pregnant. or we will deal with pregnant teens
