If you support legislative bans on all abortions, then you are deciding.

And, when the legislators you voted for and petitioned, force some woman to deliver, are you going to adopt the baby with the spine on the outside of her body, who can't stop howling with pain, and for whom there is no cure or relief? Should the taxpayers pay the millions of dollars in care for a baby no one wants?

On the other hand, I do not believe any abortion doctor should be required by law to perform an abortion that does not threaten the life of the mother.

You can't outlaw stupidity. Sounds like a liberal, big-government, big-brother idea to me. Got a problem with stupidity? Then go be an entrepreneur and educate!

I'm actually very split in the middle right now.
I've heard some pretty convincing arguments from both sides, and I've been shaken from my pro-choice stance.
I'm not going to vote yet...

Some morality just can not be legislated I do not believe in abortion nor does my wife. That does not mean I believe I should force that choice on others. They have to live with the choice they make but this my body bullshit give it up. If you are going to have unprotected sex and you get pregnant the man if he wants should have a say. You buy a house together with someone guess what you can not sell it unless both agree or they both have a say. Well guess what part of that man is in your body now you allowed it and now there is just more than you (selfish self centered)to consider.

All laws are "someone" deciding...get over it. What makes this topic so special?

And jumping immediately to the argument about pain, defect, rape, incest, blah, blah, blah. You are arguing from emotion and extremes and it's not what this debate is about. I'm actually pro-choice...just anti-bad argument.
