Then that puts me at around 300-400 years old. I waited for a year and a half.
I feel sorry for you, though, that you think so little of yourself that you feel you have to give it up to keep a man in love with you. I'm not saying everyone ought to wait till marriage (that's my opinion, not an enforcable fact), but I can assure you that TRUE love really will wait.
If you're hanging around the kind of guys who stop loving you if they go flaccid without satisfaction, you maybe need to find a different bar.

Lexi. What will/does your wedding picture look like? How many people are standing behind you and your spouse?
Do you people NOT understand every person you sleep with you've also slept with the people they've slept with? It's really quite disgusting once you start THINKING ABOUT IT.
We are only given one body, we should treat it like a temple, not only with sex, but also with food, and excerise.
I was the girl in high school who WASN'T a tease, nor did I ever "put out". Yeah, I got my heart broken a couple of times, but it was worth it.

Lexi; Here's another little story for ya, pre-Clinton, 1985.
I broke up with a boyfriend, but was considering getting back together.
Through the grapevine I had heard he had "hooked up" with a friend.
The boyfriend, good looking, but dumber than a pile a bricks said "she only gave me head, I didn't sleep with her." End of story for him.

You're right, we only get one body and mine gets the best treatment anyone could give themselves. Plenty of exercise, good food and enough sleep and sex to even it all out.

Don't feel sorry for me, I'm a very happy person that has my own opinions of life and live every day to the fullest.
Don't take today for granted, tomorrow just might not happen...

Personally, I haven't had a partner who was that fresh from another partner that I could be technically sleeping with his former partner.
Eeewwwww.
And the whole "you're sleeping with every person your partner has slept with" line only applies to STD's.

No, it doesn't. What has been inserted and taken out and been inserted taken out, elsewhere. It's disgusting if you think about it. Would you share you toothbrush with a stranger?

Again. They've washed, haven't they?
And if sharing toothbrushes with strangers gave people orgasms, there'd be all kind of toothbrush-sharing going on.

actually: A vaccine can now protect females from the four types of HPV that cause most cervical cancers and genital warts. The vaccine is recommended for 11 and 12 year-old girls. It is also recommended for girls and women age 13 through 26 who have not yet been vaccinated or completed the vaccine series.
For those who choose to be sexually active, condoms may lower the risk of HPV, if used all the time and the right way. Condoms may also lower the risk of developing HPV-related diseases, such as genital warts and cervical cancer. But HPV can infect areas that are not covered by a condom—so condoms may not fully protect against HPV. So the only sure way to prevent HPV is to avoid all sexual activity
I got that from the CDC.
and dental dams protect you during oral sexual contact (cunnilingus, anailingus, mouth to scrotum contact, ect). which will lower your chances of skin-to-skin std infections. HPV included.

its not about having to have sex to keep people. its about wanting to.
I'd personally probably not date someone who wanted to wait until they were married, because I don't want to wait. perhaps if I fell in love before I knew this, but I wouldn't seek to date someone who was waiting.

 that great!
what about shaking hands?
think about how many people have touched your hands and how many places you've put your hands on. then you are going to touch your partner.
