Abortion was supposed to be a cure all that stopped all women and girls from doing what she did. Clearly rather abortion is legal or illegal there are sick individuals who will do stupid and criminal things.

So you choose to believe that a 14-year-old girl simply "didn't want to" talk to anyone about being pregnant, "ho hum, let's see how this plays out in nine months and then I'll deal with it"????
Abortion was NEVER supposed to be a "cure all." How silly. It was supposed to be another option.
There will always be cases of people who do stupid and criminal things, of course. I agree. But we can learn from those cases, how might it have been prevented?

Yes, she had sex to get pregnant, but why didn't she turn to someone. FOCUS ON THAT.

I'm not jsut focusing on sex.
as I said- she could have had a dissociative disorder. they are typically caused by an overwhelming fear of dealing with reality and if her parents were unopen to hearing her problems/mistakes, its possible for a disorder like that to develop.
she also could have been too scared. which is sad.
parents can get angry and be strict. but there has to be a poimt where they act rational enough to allow their kids to come to them and they deal with the matter in a practical way (IE not just screaming and cursing. or asking how it happened. it already happened, deal with the present issue now and worry about the steps leading to it once there is some calm established.)

Gimmie a fuckin' break - once again pro-lifers have produced a baby killer who will now go to prison and all becasue her parents cared more for the unborn, than their own child. Asshole piece of shits.
And you support this mentality?

You're an adult, who knows about the program, yet you don't remember what it's called or the information pertaining to it. How do you expect a 14 year old girl to know anything about it?

See, KG - I told you stuff like this was happening (in the Obama thread) I believe you denied it.
Girls with no other option will make stupid choices - as they are girls, little people, they have no idea about conseuences nor do they have the ability to make good choices. Especially when raised by parents who are complete assholes.
Kids will talk to someone when they (i.e. adults) are open with the kids first. SO, my guess is that this kid didn't trust anyone, and probabaly with good reason.
This girl also lived in Houston, TX - the law in TX states that an unmarried girl under the age of 17, must notify one parent. She obviously never felt okay about notifying either parent, if she had, this never would have happened. So, for you to say KG that she "could have had an abotion" is simply not true. SHE would have had to include her parent(s), thus leaving HER no choices. It's Bullshit. You need to learn to not only read, but research prior to posting shit you know nothing about.

Let's ask if KG would be for educating kids on the 'drop your kid off at the hospital' program. He is also against sex ed, (as posted in the, 'Obama thinks kids are a punishment' thread) being taught in schools, he also hates social programs that help people when they make his "right choice". SO, the only solution is to NEVER, EVER, NOT ONCE HAVE SEX. Which I am sure is not a problem for this guy!!
KG, you're an idiot.

I can't believe you people are defending her. That sickens me almost as the act itself.

14 - not capable of making an informaed decision.
Her parents suck, and she is a product of their parenting.... sould be a lesson to everyone. Cause ya never know what your kids might do.... Kids are quicker than shit at bringing reality home, and knocking their parents off their high horse. I'm sure her parents are the laughing stock at their church. bahahahahaha!
Hopefully some of you will never have to learn that lesson.

According to reports, no one knew she was pregnant - not even her. Which is common, especially since most girls at 14 have a very messed up period cycle. It's usually nothing consistant. But hell, even some adults are too stupid to know they are pregnant. Hence, the need for education.

Not at 14 I haven't!!! And from your posts neither have you - so shut the fuck up about being pregnant as a girl - because you have no idea what you are talking about!
