I have made both legal and philosophical arguements for the personhood of the unborn and to date, you have not made a rebuttal to either. Simply saying that an unborn is not a person does not make it so.

The fact is that legal precedent for the personhood of the unborn is established and the body of precedent is growing all the time. Your argument fails on its face.

Still waiting for you to offer up any credible evidence that suggests that unborns are something other than living human beings. The fact that you haven't been able to provide even a shred of support for your postion is becoming painfully obvious.

Can you, or can you not provide any credible materials that suggest that an unborn is less human, or less alive than you?
