Very true, if a fetus were a person they would have a full body, arms , legs, head , brain, heart and all the other things a person has to function on their own from the time they were conceived.
In reality a fetus is only a clump of cells without the capacity to think, feel or live on their own. So when some say a fetus is a "living breathing human being" that is just a flat out lie and makes no sense at all . A fetus is not a human being until it is born and breathes on it's own.
