Which explains why breathe is the mundane word for respiration. If one is uneducated, then one could believe that the unborn is not breathing because it isn't breathing through its nose. Do you believe fish don't breathe? They don't have lungs. Do you believe that creatures who don't have lungs don't breathe?

Oh, and you are a poor judge of who wins this argument, Pale. If you would like to take it to the formal debate level, with judges to decide... bring it on. Though, I'm about to get very busy again. But I've made all the arguments I need to make on the subject of Constitutionality to win this debate, in the impartial eyes of others. Or at least a balanced tribunal.

What rifgts does the mother have? Regadless of your spliitn hairs about what is alive when. It is NOT cognisant being. It has not devolped the abilty to decide or even realise existance at all. A mother is mature human alive with concerns about raising it...or having a rapist child etc.
If you feel this children are sucha burden to your fithy money in taxes then why should you animals care if there are few less. You have no real concern for human life.
