Pale is an idiot if he thinks that murderers are not put out on the street every day due to crowding of jails in America. They are doing it in every state, just do your research numb one. you know I really want to find the story- it was brought up in a class I took about 4 1/2 years ago, where a child molester was relaeased on bail because of over crowding. the new prisoners brought in were all people with drug related offenses (possesion, public intoxication, intent to sell). he skipped town and was on the run when I heard it. I don;t know if he was ever caught or if these jails started to prioritze who gets locked up and for what.

we all ready have 1% of our people in prisons and many of them are in their for BS crimes, why would anyone want to make more things into criminal acts?
