I think the real issue here is "is this an accurate rendition of a fetus at 10 weeks of age?" If it is then what's the problem. If it isn't then thats a different arguement.

When I was in Japan many resturants have plastic displays of the items on the menu. Not once did I think the display was actually what I was going to be served.
