I am pro choice, I just don't like the logic the USSC used. Even a right decision decided for a wrong reason is still wrong.

Personally, I wished they just would have said that standard practice is that life begins at birth, and thus abortion is not murder, but a medical procedure and that the state has no right to interfere in a medical procedure. If the majority of Americans disagreed, then a constitutional amendment would have to be passed stating that life begins at conception and all federal laws would have to comply with it (i.e. granting tax exemptions for pregnant people instead of waiting to birth or granting automatic citizenship to foreigner children conceived in this country).

So - should we let women decide when life begins or leave it up to Pat Robertson and PaleHumper?

No. We shouldn't let women decide when life begins anymore than we should let retarded faggots like you decide what kind of soft food they are going to have spooned to them nor whether or not they want to wear their helmet and ride the short bus.

Since "when does an individual's life begin" is a scientific question, we don't ask joe blow on the street or necromancers or gypsys or pat robertson. We ask a scientist. But since the scientists provide an answer that you don't like and are completely helpless to rebutt, you suggest that a philosopher is more qualified to determine whether a creature is alive and what it is than the very scientists who are called on to identify new species when they are found.
