As to whether or not roe will be overturned, maybe you should take a look at this. It is from CNN, not some far right wing site. These people are pro choicers but the difference between them and you is that they are not in denial. They see the facts for what they are.

Here is a quote from Justice Ginsburg:

In a bitter dissent read from the bench, Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, the only woman on the high court, said the majority's opinion "cannot be understood as anything other than an effort to chip away a right declared again and again by this court, and with increasing comprehension of its centrality to women's lives."

She called the ruling "alarming" and noted the conservative majority "tolerates, indeed applauds, federal intervention to ban nationwide a procedure found necessary and proper in certain cases" by doctor's groups, including gyncecologists.

This a supreme court justice lexi. She certainly sees the writing on the wall even if you aren't able to. She knows that the court is now conservative and is going to be conservative for a very long time and she knows that they are waiting for the cases to come in so that they can further restrict abortion.

Kid yourself all you like. If mental masturbation is how you get through the day, help yourself. It doesn't change the facts though, but when a pro choice supreme court justice tells you that roe is in trouble, you really should listen.

So you think that Justice Ginsburg, a justice who has repeatedly upheld roe doesn't know what she is talking about? Talk about denial.

And I have every right to fight to see roe overturned. I have had every right since roe was first decided. I have had the right to spend as much money as I saw fit to support the effort to have it overturned. The payoff is coming. When someone like Justice Ginsburg admits that roe is in trouble, you can bet that roe is in trouble.

Most likely a democrat will be elected to office, once that happens, they might have the opportunity to put a lib on the court. There goes your idea right down the toilet!

I didn't realize that you had a reading comprehension problem in addition to your problem with denial.

If you were able to read the words and follow what was being said, you would have known that I was answering lexi's rediculous suggestion that I could not rightly oppose abortion if I did not spend my life supporting children and women.

I pointed out that how compassionate or uncompassionate I am is irrelavent to the fact that children are being denied their most basic human right.

I would have though that anyone could understand that how I feel or don't feel about anything has nothing to do with the fact that unborns are being denied the right to live.

Of course by now, nothing you guys could say will be much of a surprise.

Once again, you haven't thought this through. The only justices that are looking at retirement are justices who have always been pro choice. Replacing part of the liberal minority with another liberal still leaves a liberal minority. The conservative majority is relatively young and is going to be sitting for a lot of years to come.

It doesn't matter whether a republican or democrat gets into office, the conservative majority is here to stay for a good long time.

You say HE tells lies? He provides many credible sources showing a baby is alive, the facts are basically proof, you, however, in reply, just call him a stupid nutcase. If you don't have any credible science behind you, and he has credible science behind him to support his argument, who's the nutcase?
