Are you really not able to see the flaw in that line of reasoning? "what each individual believes is a human being". Individuals don't get to decide what is and isn't a human being. If that were true, you could kill anyone and claim that you "decided" that that person wasn't actually a human being.

The court decided roe on the basis that unborns were not actually human beings but in the majority decision, Justice Blackmun acknowedged that if personhood were ever established for the unborn that roe would fall since unborns, as persons would be entitled to the protection of the 14th amendment.

Well, personhood has been established. I have provided you the text of the law that allows one who kills an unborn in the commission of a federal crime to be charged and sentenced for killing an unborn. You can not be charged or sentenced for either murder or manslaughter in this country unless you have killed a person. I don't think that the courts really meant to establish the personhood of the unborn, but they have done it none the less.

Roe will be overturned on this basis and because unborns will be entitled to the protection of the 14th amendment, no state will allow abortion unless the mother's life is in danger.

The fact that you are in denial of all this does not change the reality at all. In truth, I prefer that people like you remain in denial. That way, when roe is struck down, the shock will be much greater.

When the court that decided roe said that unborns were not human beings and therefore not entitled to the protection of the 14th amendment, every state had to allow abortion whether they liked it or not. Why do you believe it would be any different when roe is overturned?

As to whether or not roe will be overturned, maybe you should take a look at this. It is from CNN, not some far right wing site. These people are pro choicers but the difference between them and you is that they are not in denial. They see the facts for what they are.

This a supreme court justice lexi. She certainly sees the writing on the wall even if you aren't able to. She knows that the court is now conservative and is going to be conservative for a very long time and she knows that they are waiting for the cases to come in so that they can further restrict abortion.
