Seriously, while it would be good to get rid of the 12 million, they will go somewhere on the planet. Maybe perhaps to a society less harmful than ours, the point is, they are still on the planet.
I am also for gun rights w/ no restrictions, death penalty & no taxes, on many issues I am just like a republican. I am not a crazy liberal because I think women should have the right to choose. I am talking about personal freedom. Someone making a choice on what is right for them and their family or themselves. That is what America is about. Freedom.

Well it don't make me no mind as far as lib or cons. to be honest I believe a person just has his beliefs and morals they often differ with some and then often they don't. This lableing thing has become an epadmic of ignorance. But at least you base your arguement on solid ground and that is your personal belief in true freedom to choose. No one can put someone down for that they can disagree but not put it down. I have been waiting for someone on the pro choice side to say something like you did. It is a rational arguement. I believe we should be taxed but fairly and the money should go to what it we were taxed for not to line corrupt govt. living off our hard work. I believe in right to bear arms but belive in a safety class non specific because the freedom of the 2nd amendmant does not free us of responsability to be safe about it. I believe if the majority want the death penalty then it should be so but fix the circus we call a court and justice first. If you are a lib I do not see you as a crazy lib because you believe in a womans right to choose. That is reserved for those who base there arguement on the refusal to believe it is a life a human life. On one side they use the fact that it is life to play on the heart strings of man kind to sway them to there side. Crapy but a good arguement one the otherside of the isle they denie fact and doge the question and just well say stupid things anything but answer the quetions. Why not say ya it's life but I have the right to choose in so far as it affects my life or something like that. Anything but ignorant denial and trying to reverse the finger point. Like I have said before it should be a state decision that way you can live in a state that goes along with your belief and if you live in a state that is pro choice and don't like it don't bitch and argue MOVE to a state that is pro life if that is what you want to call it.

So if someone interprets human life to begin 21 and goes about killing people who are less than 21, that is just fine with you because after all, it is all about how he "intreprets" life and when it actually begins? Don't you realize that when you make an idiotic argument like that that you should take it to its logical conclusion just to see if it really is a stupid argument.
Actually you're the one that just made yourself look very stupid. In the first place I wasn't even talking about 21 year olds, that's your interpretation (the usual lingo of pro lifers) of what I actually said and not what I meant. Anyone that thinks like that should be locked away for life and since you came up with something that outrageous I think maybe you should be also.
And no, that's not my idea of when life begins but human life does NOT begin at conception. That's your opinion, not mine. And this is one area that "scientific facts" isn't " one fits all". I'm Pro Choice and proud of it and no simple idiotic turd like you will ever change that.

Actually I wasn't talking about "what it turns out to be" , I was talking about what it is at conception and there's a big difference in the two. Of course in 9 months when it comes out of a woman it is a human being, that's not my argument. My point is that in the first stages it is not a "human life" yet, what part of that don't you understand?
I'm not lib or conservative, have you ever heard of an Independent? You know, the ones in the middle that think with their own brains instead of following the crowd.

I encourage you to remain complacent. I encourage you to believe that the status quo will remain indefinately. Those are the two prime ingredients for defeat.

If you really think any Supreme Court law or any other one will stop abortion then you truly are living in a dream world.

Of course human life begins at conception. Your absolute inability to provide anything even resembling credible science that states that unborns are not alive while I am able to produce mountains of evidence that says that they are is the proof.
Your state of denial doesn't change the facts. It only proves that you are a flat earther.

I would be happy to search around a bit and find you some quotes from pro choicers prior to 2003 who were just as sure that very late term abortions would never be banned. NEWSFLASH, they have been banned after having been legal for 32 years.
Prior to the ban, folks like you said that if folks like me believed that they would be banned, that we were living in a dream world.
I encourage you to continue to believe that the status quo is unchangable. Clearly you are in a state of denial and have no knowledge at all of the political and legal work that has been going on for over 30 years now in preparation for overturning roe. Blindsiding you with the news one morning that abortion has been banned except when the mother's life is in danger will be so much more satisfying than if you had been sweating it.

Lib, conservative, independent, it makes no difference. You are ignorant and in denial of the scientific fact that says you are wrong. When science says that unborns are living human beings from conception, and there is no science that says otherwise, then it is those who continue to deny that are failing to use their brains. Flat earthers are notorious for not using their brains. They deny scientific fact in favor of following thier own dull, ignorant little crowd.

Flat earthers, nothing more and nothing less. It would be interesting to peruse the rest of the board to see if any of these wackos ever make reference to science to prove a point on another subject.

It seems the only application for your particular scientific facts is in a laboratory controlling for human fetal behaviors, as differenciated from other species.
Have you discovered extraordinary differences that would impress us to value the human fetus above all others species?

You know that is the problem with people like you that just don't get it. Before you can argue your right to do something you must first admit what is being done and then if one has a right to do so. Like I said PROVE IT AINT HUMAN SHOW ME PROOF IT WILL COME OUT TO BE SOMETHING OTHER THAN HUMAN. WHAT PART OF THAT CAN YOU NOT UNDERSTAND!!!!!!! YOUR IGNORANCE IS NOT IN WHAT YOU ARGUE IS YOUR RIGHT TO DO BUT DENIAL OF WHAT YOU ARGUE IS YOUR RIGHT TO DO. You not answering the question just shows your own guilt on the subject.

States have rejected late-term abortion bans 21 times in 21 legal challenges.
The court said that the ban allowed no exceptions when a doctor decided that preserving a woman's health required use of the banned procedure. The ban did then create an exception to save a woman's life, but not to protect her health. This, in cases where women wanted the child. Would you still not give a damn about her needs, or the possibility that because of the ban, she wont be there to care for the baby?
The federal law has never gone into effect pending the ourcome of nearly three yrs. of appeals.
However, if pro life wins this round, remember, the SC has reversed itself 200 times!! I'm just not too happy that it must happen only with a sitting democrat. president.
But, perhaps the whole issue will become moot as more prescription interventions like RU-648 become available. RU-648 appears to be safe.
Overall, darlin, the anti-abortion legal challenges are not as solid as you would have us believe.
