No, it's a woman's responsiblity to protect herself against pregnancy. Amazing, I've had sex for 22 years and I've only gotten pregnant when I was married and when I wanted to be pregnant. Sex is not just creational, it's also responsiblity. |

No, let me explain something...the right to choose is NOT based upon income...and since this country adopts a for porfit health care plan, the rich should not be the only ones who can get abortions, get surgery, get help wiht anything....the anti-choice crowd pushes to get rid of health care for the poor and make bombs to kill children all over the world..sorry, but in America, the rights to freedom is given to all.....and just as men on welfare can get viagra, so, too should the right to make your own medical decisions be given to all regardless of income. |

Ge...and in those 22 years you have been married and on the welfare of insurance from this nation while being the wife of a military person.
You are unbelievably naive, OB....you can't tell me you have not met the gamut of persons in the military...from every walk of life with every value system from those walks of life....where is this generation more perfect than others? Please explain that...
You may be God, OB, and capable of judging everyone in their lives and setting that judgment on what their responsibilities should be and their punishment should be, but I don't believe in God and don't think you have the right to reign over anyone else's life without assuming financial responsibility for doing so. |

I've never understood the problem. Why can't each individual woman decide for herself whether or not to have an abortion, without the government or religious groups interfering? The choice is a private one, and I'm sure a painful one, it's nobody else's business.

It's not about abortion..it's about choice....it's about a woman's right to choose her life....NOT your "feel good" little mind that would rather tell a woman to not have an abortion than vote out Bush for killing children...tell a smoker to put out a cigarette than tell corporations to quit polluting our air, land and sea. |
