What you guys are even talking about is a non-argument...why do you even ask this anymore, it has no bearing...if I point you to Joe Bdien's plan or Dennis Kushinich then you will say it is not a plan so...WHY DO YOU EVEN ASK TO BE SHOWN A PLAN? Got to those two senator's sites yourself and find out, you do some reading.

A. The administration is the part of our government to come up with a single plan fopr thsi sort of action, it is their responsibilty.

B. Up until just this past November it really did not matter whether the Democrats had a plan or not because the Rep party and the administration were in control.

C. Even with A and B being said there were several Democrats that have suggested plans and continue to have those on the table but a concensus would have to be come to because it would be an amalgum of those plans if coming through the legislative side.

D. Any plan is going to be refused by ahte BUsh White House that comes from the left, the administration has proved that over and over.

So first of all why are you so interested in asking the question when you are not even interested in a plan from the left? Classic sign of denial that there are many things wrong with the current policy and the guy in charge is so hard headed he is not going to try something new.
