As to your comment above, this Liberal/Democrat agrees with you 80%. My only problem is that some people aren't very good at "gaining the skills" or "educating oneself." I don't believe that if your highest job in life if the fry cook at McDonalds you should be relegated to minimum wage for life, but McDonalds probably does.

I wish you could have presented these arguments on page 17, until now. It's a pretty good one.
