As for smaller companies going out of business due to the increase in minimum, please provide PROOF! I suspect it takes more to cause businesses to go out of business than just raising the minimum raise. Perhaps these business owner "wannabes" just aren't good business men. Anyway I challange you to show some PROOF that raising the minum rage causes sm. business's to go under.

Also, the U.S. economy is a consumer driven economy, you raise miminum wage, workers now have more money to purchase perishable and durable goods.
