Mexico is capitalistic??? George from that post it is obvious that you have no idea what true capitalism means. Business in Mexico is controlled by the government (including the drug trade). That does not equate to capitalism.
As far as China is concerned, the more China's economy acts like a capitialistic one the higher their standard of living risings. Its a very well known fact that China allowed private ownership of many small shops and businesses and when they did their economy soared.
