We would have eventually nuked Germany had the war been prolonged by the introduction of the ME 262 earlier. The nuking of Germany would have intimidated Japan into an unconditional surrender.
The ME 262 was a non-factor, it had less than 10 minutes of flight time, it was no faster than the P-51 and as Pat pointed out, Germany was incapable of producing the numbers of ME 262's to have much of an effect.
