Let's pass tough on illegals/tough on the employers of illegals laws in all 50 states to get that massive self deportation of illegals back to where they came from, first, before we embark on any guest worker visa program. Only after a mass self deportation, which would force the employers of illegals to turn back to and start reemploying legal American citizens, will we be able to assess what our true guest worker visa program needs really are.
