You did not get it. In both cases it is a non-question.
No judicial power that would be able to impeach Hitler or ClintonBush, because in both cases it's a totalitarian system in power.
Clinton's impeachment 1998 was an act staged for the sheep, as the script still required that type of theater.
Once the curtain fell, there was no more place for such acts in the ClintonBush end times script.
BTW, although when Hitler did the Reichstag he was more popular than ClintonBush were as they did Reichstag I (aka OKC bombings) and Reichstag II (aka 9/11), Hitler had only about one third of the voters behind him at that point.
