That may be true but it doesn't change the fact that McCains speech was pathetic...he seemed "flat" and that smile...it just seemed like he was so proud everytime he said anything at all that got any response.
I'm hoping to see more from McCain and quite honestly, I think he is making a big mistake wanting to get on stage with Obama...we shall see.

McCain isn't a good speaker, but most do agree that he is good at the town hall meetings, and many also say that Obama is much better at the canned speeches than the town hall meeting scenario. McCain is challenging Obama to a town hall meeting I believe, and that may put a chink in Obama's armor when it comes to his speaking ability.
