Mulp, I started to reply to many cherry picking segments of your last post and finally decided it was a loss to do so from both boredom and repitition of reply. So I decided to just write to you a few things which I have mentioned before but I hope to be more clear this time around.


The first key point I proclaim as a fact but not documented by legislation is ***Federal Government Funds that are given to states, cities, counties, townships, fire departments, police, water, parks, universities, etc DO COME WITH STRINGS ATTACHED!*** Those monies are NOT given freely and unabridged! Every recipient of federal monies has to follow certain procedures or suggestions to recieve the monies allotted from the federal government even though NONE of it is written into a piece of legislation! The exemption of legislation actually increases the federal governments power rather than lesson it because no state, city, county, fire dept, university can challenge something that is NOT in a piece of legislation. The Monies given by the federal government is looked upon as a GIFT not an entitlement, thus whomever is in charge at the time can place any requirements they choose and NOT be held accountable for violating any legislation.

Furthermore, I do NOT want to give any indication to the family member that resides at a medical university, nor their position in which they have specific knowledge of how the federal government directly dictates the number of students the university can allow to graduate in a specific profession. However, there is ample evidence in every facet where federal gives money as a GIFT (not entitlements and NONE have legislation granting the monies) where they force their preference or else less or no monies is given.


Are you unaware that a huge portion of federal government monies given to states, cities, counties, townships or even smaller entities are without ANY legislation? They have NO restrictions, requirements or entitlements! They are given based 100% on the *compliance* of what they *SUGGEST* be done or changed in order to recieve those monies. That is politics baby, pure politics and it's a rampant force that is virtually unstoppable unless real legislation is passed with specific parameters that base the monies granted or given.

This should NOT be new news to you! You should be very well aware this is the NORM as it's been for eons!
