Well, I was referring specifically to the United States. I am not educated enough on the subject to speak for other parts of the world. I do not doubt your claim in reference to India, Pakistan, parts of Africa etc. Also I am sure that there are isolated cases here in America, but as I said before, that would be the exception not the rule.
