Disagree. Jealousy and envy never have justification, but there are times when hatred does have a justification. Now, letting that hatred control you and dominant your life is not a good thing, but that is true of any primal emotion, including love.
Saying all hatred is bad is like giving an open check to allowing evil to prosper. There are some things that should be hated, though of course with a sense of proper proportion.
