i think everyone here missed the conception of what should be a soldiers reward. a house and car for starters. the more combat they see, the more rewards they get. injurey and death should not be a second thought for help. if the guy looses an eye, then the military should rip out an enemies eye and transplant it, victim being alive or dead. and this crap about waiting 8 years for a MOH is bullshit. the troopers are treated like shit. this needs to stop. they should be treated as hero's. maybe some day this will change for the better.
