Since you could die from the 60-story fall, even with the descent-arresting, and impact-softening mechanisms in place.
If it was simply the jump that would kill you, there wouldn't have been a need to add the qualifiers about your descent and your impact.

The exclusions do not state that you will not die, it states that your death is not automatically assured.
