Oh, I can wiggle as well, I didn't specifically say it was the impact that would kill you, but rather the action of jumping out the window. This would allow me to incorporate deaths that occur in midfall as well :-)
Well, I'll be darned! It's a myth after all.

Well, you DID say that without something to arrest your descent or soften your impact, you would die or be really hurt. So, you really don't have wiggle room to cover dying in mid-fall (especially if the force that slows you down happens after the fatal heart attack).

However, you've shown it's a moot point.
