It means that you are "prejudging" a situation or person based upon facts and historical experiences, and coming to a decision without having all the information.

On the day you are born, you have no facts and no experiences.
But as you grow older you gain these.

Take insects for example. It's usually quite harmless to allow a butterfly to land on your arm, and quite painful if a wasp does it. Most earthlings pre-judge the behavior of the wasp and brush him away before he stings you.

Same with dogs: Collies are gentle, pitbulls are dangerous. If you aren't prejudiced against pitbulls you will usually get your ass bit.

The problems with negros isn't the color of their skin.

It's their violent behavior and their low intelligence.

When you get older you will gain some life experiences and you will learn how to read the reams of statistics on negroid crime and then you will learn to pre-judge situations on your own. Until then, stay VERY close to your mother so she can protect you.
