The problem with negros, is that genetically, they have a sub-human level of intelligence. There is ONE, and ONLY one, way to fix that. They have to be cross-bred with humans having human intelligence. This is the way in which US negros have been improved from their natural IQ of 70, all the way up to 85. Although that's a significant improvement, they are still virtually retards. To make further progress, we have to breed them with the smartest humans possible. This is where the dilema arises.

What intelligent person is going to intentionally have a child which is semi-retarded? They aren't. The only whites who would copulate with a retarded negro are THEMSELVES retards.

And thus no genetic improvement is ever passed on to the mutant offspring.

Negros appear to have reached an intellectual plateau, beyond which no further progress is possible.

As depressing as this news is, it looks like negros are all they are ever going to be.
